FTC disclosure

How this site is funded

The short version: we earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you, and it never changes what we recommend.

We earn affiliate commissions

Tamp & Pour is a participant in affiliate programs — primarily the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click a buy button on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra — the price you pay is the same either way.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Our Amazon links are tagged with our Associates ID so Amazon can attribute the referral to us.

How our links work

Every buy button routes through a first-party redirect on our own domain (a /go/ link) before sending you to the retailer. That lets us keep every destination in one place and add the correct affiliate tag consistently. Those links carry rel="sponsored nofollow", which is how we tell search engines they are monetized — the honest, spec-compliant way to run affiliate links.

It never changes a verdict — or a price

This is the part that matters. Commission does not influence our rankings. When a cheaper product is the better buy, we say so and link to it, even though it usually pays us less. When the right answer for you is to buy nothing, we say that too. And commission never touches the price you see: every price is pulled live from the retailer's API and date-stamped, never marked up, never invented. See our editorial policy and how we review for the full independence and pricing rules.

Which programs we use

Today, effectively all of our monetized links go to Amazon. If we join another program in the future (a brand's direct store, for example), we will only ever link to it when it is genuinely a better option for you — better price, stock, or warranty — and it will be disclosed the same way. We will never wire a tracking link for a program we have not actually joined.
